Randy Wharton was raised in Wheeling and has operated a local family business for almost 50 years. In addition to the Ohio County Commission, Randy has served his community with contributions on the Ohio County Development Authority Board, County Public Service District, County Fire Board, and WVU Extension Service Board...among others.
