The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory starting at 7:00pm this evening and extending into tomorrow morning at 8:00am, with the coldest winds chills between 4:00am and 6:00am.  Minimum wind chill values of -10 to -15 degrees are expected.  Frostbite is a risk if precautions are not taken to cover exposed skin outdoors.
