Power Storm System Expected

The National Weather Service is predicting a that powerful storm system will sweep across the Upper Ohio Valley over the next 24 hours.  We should expect to see rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches.  Heavy rains should end early Friday morning, changing over to snow showers.  The Ohio River at Wheeling is expected to crest at 35.5 feet on Saturday.  Flood stage is 36 feet.

Please safe out there!  If flooding occurs avoid driving through flooded areas and standing water.
