Dave has been with the Wheeling-Ohio County homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency since 2010. Dave has also served the county as the Mapper for the Ohio County Assessor's Office. Dave is a graduate of John Marshall Highschool and earned a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from the former Wheeling Jesuit University.
